Not colour on website and refused to respond to my complaints

I would advise other people thinking of placing an order with this company not too. I bought this pashmina more because of the colour than the price. When it arrived it was thin and snagged as other people have said. I could have coped with that but the colour was nothing like how it looked on the website, which was a problem as it was for an event.

I contacted the company saying that I did not want a refund but would like a colour closer to what I'd ordered and could I swap mine with their closest one to cream (what I got was not cream it was yellow and quite bright) they never replied, despite me contacting them several times. Completely unprofessional, would not recommend. Ended up getting one for the same price on a market stall that was exactly the right colour and a LOT LOT better quality.

Unfortunately I desperately needed a black pashmina for a funeral and could not get anything I wanted locally and did not have time to shop around so I looked on-line and found this pashmina which was just perfect for my needs and after ordering after mid-day it arrived in the post at 8.30 am the following day. As it was a very hot day the pashmina was just right as it was very light-weight and looked very elegant with my sleeveless black dress.

I bought this pashmina to go with a new dress for my friends wedding and it is exactly the right colour (i chose Almost Silver) which is the same colour as shown on the Amazon website and it is perfect. It is soft and versatile and hopefully will go with more dresses for more weddings in the future. I received this before the estimated delivery date and it was in perfect condition and a lot better than the ones you get on the market stalls on the street.

I ordered a pashmina for a wedding and was amazed when it arrived 2 days after placing the order. It was well packaged and I was really pleased with the quality of the fabric. I had 2 comments at the wedding about how nice the pashmina was. Absolute bargain! I would recommend to anyone. They have such a variety of colours as well.
